Established Mechanical and HVAC services business have a fantastic new opportunity to appoint an Air Condidtioning Project Manager to join their very successful and stable company.
Candidates sought will be based in the East Midlands, therefore applicants from Nottingham, Derby and Leicester plus some surrounding areas are suitable.

What we’re looking for
We are open to shortlist either an Air Conditioning Supervisor or Senior Air Conditioning Engineer looking to step up into a management role or an already proven and experienced Air Conditioning Manager / Air Conditioning Project Manager / HVAC Manager.
- Candidates applying will ideally be F-GAS Certified,
- Working on projects ranging from 1/4M to 3/4M you will manage the control and delivery of air condidtioning installation projects dealing with sub contractors and liasing with clients.
- Such projects include hotels, offices, pubs, medical centres and apartments to name a few.
- Some travel is involved, but no staying away is required whilst you are visiting sites and cutomers, checking the progress and the work being conducted.
- Managing the procuremnent of plant and materials, you will ensure the right site delivery of such and manage the labour resources through a variety of sub contractors.
- You will be technically capable and have a good rapport with Engineers, plus enjoy dealing with people and the clients whilst maintaining good communication and customer service.
- You will be orgainised, methodical and mindful with Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality compliances.
