What you’ll be doing:
You will be responsible for the first line management and leadership of an operations/engineering team and their service delivery. You will need to identify any skills gaps within the business unit and recruit/upskill accordingly.
Obviously, you will be capable of forging strong working relationships with the sales and engineering team and provide ongoing technical support, including site visits if necessary, as well as providing an overview of large and/or complex repair jobs, from receipt of order to completion.
