What you’ll get

What you’ll be doing

You will be the departments central figurehead for all tendering opportunities, tasked with the winning of and handover of awarded works to the Project Management team as well as preparing all project related estimates, managing deadlines and evaluating and highlighting any operational and commercial risk.

What you’ll need?

You will have a technically mechanical biased knowledge and awareness of all core M&E works, as well as being adept at estimating and winning projects up to £5M.  You will obvioulsy need a high level of drive and energy for this role.
