Are you an experienced Sales Manager based in Manchester? Fancy a step up to lead the service sales department of a reputable HVAC company?

One of our key clients is looking to expand into the North West, they are a leading Service Provider of HVAC solutions in the South East and South West and you will be seriously impressed with their set up.

This role will ultimately lead to running the North west Division and progressing into senior management.

A basic salary of £50,000 – £70,000 with a realistic OTE of over £100k in your first year.

What you’ll be doing…

You will be managing and developing the regional sales of new service contracts, focusing on existing clients. Using your excellent skills, you’ll take ownership to generate new business in both FM and End User Clients in the North West.

This is a field-based role, initially working from home, and is the perfect opportunity for someone interested in spearheading an established business’ growth plan in a new area of the UK.

Who you’ll be working for

What you’ll need

• Proven experience in Sales Management, Account Management, or similar Sales role
• Previous experience within the HVAC industry would be favourable, however, if you don’t have this, we’d love to see what you can bring to the table.
• As always, customer service and negotiation skills are essential.
