The role will require you to interpret engineer reports, liaising with internal teams as well as third-party suppliers to establish parts and material requirements in order to produce detailed quotations and costing sheets.

Experience and Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A methodical approach and ability to identify client requirements.
• Customer service skills and ability to manage and advocate client needs
• Knowledge/experience in an engineering field, in a similar role
• Experience in Facilities Management, HVAC Service, or other Critical Engineering sectors would be advantageous
• Strong IT and admin skills
• Experience providing quotations and liaising with third-party suppliers, sub-contractors, and field engineering resources
