Ready to escape the same old sites and step into something seriously different? This role offers you the chance to take your A/C skills international – with fully funded French rotations every 6 weeks.
You’ll join a small, regionally based team working across high-uptime telecom and infrastructure sites. Expect high-quality kit, proper support and training. Just good engineering, the right training, and a rhythm that includes two-week overseas rotations (with everything covered).
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be servicing and maintaining high-uptime systems across telecom cabins, broadcast hubs, and other mission-critical sites. That includes fault finding on VRV/VRFs and splits, responding to breakdowns, and developing your experience with chilled water and scroll/screw chillers. There’s a structured 2-week France rotation every 6 weeks, working with modern tech in well-equipped cabins.
What You’ll Need
- Solid diagnostics background with VRV/VRFs and splits
- Commercial or infrastructure AC experience
- Willingness to travel internationally on a fixed rota
- F-Gas certification
- Full UK driving licence
- Bonus: any experience with chillers (training provided)

- £45,000 – £50,000 base salary
- Paid overtime after 10 hours per day (at 1.5x)
