AI workloads are soaring – and modern data centres are turning to next-gen liquid cooling to keep pace. If you’ve got experience in chilled water systems and want to be part of something future-facing, this is your chance to get involved in the tech quietly powering Europe’s digital infrastructure.
What’s on offer
-
€80,000–€85,000 base salary with total earnings up to €95,000
-
35 days’ paid leave (including public holidays)
-
Private healthcare, life assurance, critical illness cover, and income protection
-
6% employer pension contribution
-
Clear path for long-term development in a global organisation
What you’ll be doing
You’ll lead the commissioning and ongoing support of liquid-to-chip and liquid-to-liquid cooling systems across hyperscale and AI data centre projects. From tuning chilled water loops and troubleshooting flow or thermal issues, to collaborating with BMS teams and refining handover docs – it’s a varied, technical role with a strong mix of field work, documentation, and client support. You’ll mostly be based around Dublin, with occasional travel across Europe when required.
What you’ll need
-
Background in HVAC, AC, or mechanical engineering – ideally with commissioning or service experience
-
Knowledge of hydronic systems and chilled water setups
-
Comfortable working with controls, documentation, and cross-functional teams
-
Keen to travel when needed – mostly local, sometimes EU
-
A problem-solver who’s confident working hands-on in live environments
Why this team?
You’re not just joining a cooling division – you’re stepping into a global infrastructure leader that delivers power, energy, and automation systems at scale. With over 80,000 people worldwide and a broad technology footprint, there’s plenty of room to grow into new areas, whether that’s technical, operational, or beyond.
