Three in four of our placements are for returning clients. That comes from recruiting in critical power, critical cooling and HVAC, and nothing else. That's UPS, generators, HV switchgear, battery storage, chillers, close control and commercial HVAC.
We speak to engineers, salespeople and managers in these markets every day. We know where the good people are, what gets them to move and which roles are hard to fill.
We recruit for manufacturers, service companies, contractors and data centre operators across the UK and EMEA, on contingency, exclusive and retained searches. We'd rather know a few markets properly than claim to recruit everything.
